Waterfowl Festival: 2 night minimum, In-Season Rates Apply

Rates are based on single or double occupancy and do not include 6% Maryland sales tax and 5% Dorchester County lodging tax.  We prefer a two night minimum for most weekends.  In-Season Rates Apply for some weekends, regardless of the season.  We are a small B&B, and we accept payment by check or cash only. 

Reservations:  A deposit of one night’s lodging is requested to guarantee your stay.  If you must cancel your reservation, please try to do so with fourteen days’ notice.  A service fee of one night’s lodging will be retained for reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. We prefer to make reservations by phone or in person,
so please call us at 410-901-9144. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in is between 3 and 6 pm unless special arrangements are requested.  Check-out is by 11 am.

Please let us know if you have food allergies or special dietary needs.  We will do our best to accommodate.
