Effective September 1, 2010 an "In-Season, one night only stay" on either Friday or Saturday will incur a $25.00 surcharge.

Rates are double occupancy and do not include 5 % Dorchester County lodging tax and
6% Maryland sales tax.  Special event or three day government weekends require a two night minimum stay. 

A deposit of one night’s lodging or a credit card is required to guarantee your stay.  If you must cancel
your reservation, please try to do so with fourteen days notice.  If we can re-book your
room for all or part of your stay, an appropriate refund will be made less a $25 processing  fee. 
A service fee of one night’s lodging will be retained for reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. 

Check-in is between 3 and 6 pm unless special arrangements are requested.  Check-out is by 11 am.
