This beautifully restored Victorian in the heart of the historic district is just half a block from the River and is a short walk to restaurants, shops and galleries. Designed by a prominent local architect, the house was built in 1894 and remained in the family until 2004 when it was purchased and restored by your hosts, Skip and Jennie Rideout.
